SHOP MANAGER (OPERATION)

RESPONSIBILITIES

​

o    Responsible to all shop functions including: staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, visual presentation, customer service, point-of-sale and overall shop operations.

o    Creating an outstanding motion e-sports related experience for a diverse age group customer base including teenagers and kids.

o    Ensure all staffs are properly trained and knowledgeable.

o    Work with the Operation and Development team of AME, to refine and revise the shop to meet the needs of the customers.

o    Achieve sales/profit goals.

REQUIREMENTS

​

o    4-year work experience as shop manager / assistant shop manager.

o    Higher Diploma or above.

o    Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).

o    Solid experience in managing in sales / retails operation, while event, sports or fitness related will be advantage.

o    Strong leadership with proven ability to motivate and lead a team.

o    Responsible, pleasant, proactive, outgoing and customer-oriented.

o    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o    For candidates with less experience will be considered as shop assistant / supervisor 

o    Working Location: Tuen Mun

MOTION E-SPORTS CREW (PART-TIME / FULL-TIME)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

​

o    ACTIVE, ENERGETIC, SPORTS & GAME LOVER!
o    Minimum 0-2 years’ or above relevant experience in Guest Service, Operational/Supervisory Duties
o    Punctual, Committed, proactive, independent, responsible, able to multi-task and work under pressure in fast environment
o    Effective communication with the team and report to management
o    Able to assist in/manage the stadium’s floor operation with good leadership skills
o    Able to lead a very diverse team and set a role-model to them
o    With great personality and able to handle different kinds of complaints
o    Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
o    Experience in handling kids will be an advantage
o    Working Location: Tuen Mun / Tsim Sha Tsui
